I am the CEO and Executive Director of Reach Counseling. For more than 20 years, I have been passionate about serving Wisconsin through nonprofit leadership, with much of my career dedicated to strengthening and growing Wisconsin's Family Care program. I believe that great organizations are built by investing in people, which is why I became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. For the past decade, I've had the privilege of coaching leaders and teams across our communities to unlock individual potential, strengthen collaboration, and improve organizational effectiveness. Today, I am honored to lead Reach Counseling as we expand access to high-quality behavioral health services and create lasting impact for those we serve. 

Beyond my professional role, I am most proud to be a mom of four. Outside of work, you'll usually find me on the sidelines cheering on my kids at their sporting events or enjoying the sunshine with my family.
