Marianne Radley

I have spent my career working with local and state nonprofits, including the Girl Scouts, Oshkosh Area United Way, and Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin. I previously served as Reach Counseling’s Advocacy Director from 2009–2020 and was excited to return to the agency in my current role in 2025.

I am passionate about engaging our community to enhance support for survivors and promote wellbeing. I believe there is a place for everyone to contribute to the movement to end sexual violence, and I value creating opportunities for individuals and organizations to make a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, I love to travel, explore state and national parks, cook and bake, and spend time with my husband and daughter.
