I am a bilingual mental health therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I believe everyone is meant to flourish. I offer a holistic approach that embraces the mind, body, and spirit, recognizing the whole person rather than reducing an individual to a diagnosis or presenting concern. I acknowledge and honor each person's uniqueness, strengths, and dignity.

I have a passion for supporting clients throughout their life journeys while recognizing and emphasizing the unique strengths they possess. My goal is to help clients draw upon those strengths to achieve the life, wellness, and fulfillment they desire within themselves and their relationships.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where I double majored in Psychology and Spanish. I completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling (M.S.) from Divine Mercy University in Virginia, with an emphasis in Mental Health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certified by the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, exercising, and practicing my faith.
