I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT) who is passionate about supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths. I specialize in working with youth impacted by trauma, sexual violence, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and issues related to racism and oppression, while creating a therapy space that feels welcoming, culturally responsive, and supportive.

I believe therapy begins with connection, trust, and feeling truly heard. My approach is warm, client-centered, and focused on meeting each person where they are emotionally, mentally, and developmentally. I strive to create a safe and affirming environment where clients feel accepted, empowered, and supported as they build skills, gain insight, and work toward healing. 

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog, Charlie, exploring the outdoors, watching movies, and listening to music.
