I’m the Clinical Director at Reach Counseling. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. I also hold certifications in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and Phase 1: Brainspotting. 

I’m especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults healing from trauma- specifically sexual trauma, as well as, depression, self-harm and suicide experiences, and challenges around intimacy, attachment, gender, and sexuality. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, emotional and somatic awareness, acceptance, and building real, authentic, collaborative relationships with my clients. 

Outside of work, I’m usually annoying my cat, Bucky, soaking up nature, reading something mysterious or mushy, weightlifting, strolling a farmer’s market or thrift store, or enjoying a cozy chai.
