I am the Business Operations Director at Reach Counseling.  I enjoy looking at the bigger picture and understanding how the different parts of an organization work together. I particularly enjoy improving systems, promoting efficiency, and finding ways to support staff and programs across Reach. I value both the opportunity to balance direct interaction with clients, and the behind-the-scenes work that helps keep the organization running smoothly. I enjoy the sense of purpose that comes with working for a nonprofit organization.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being social, and helping my grandma. I also like to spend my time being artistic, which includes photography and painting the tiniest of paintings.
