Annie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT) who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic abuse, human trafficking, anxiety, depression and trauma. Her approach to therapy is grounded in client-centered and feminist theory, creating a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel seen and heard.
Annie believes in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them in their healing journey, honoring each person’s unique story, resilience and capacity for change. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals in reclaiming their voice and building lives grounded in authenticity, self-worth, and connection.
Annie earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Leadership and her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her professional background includes extensive advocacy work supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic abuse, as well as previous experience counseling college-aged students navigating emotional, relational, and identity-related challenges. These experiences have shaped her trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and her deep commitment to helping clients heal and grow.
In her free time, Annie enjoys reading, watching reality TV, crafting, listening to live music, and spending time with her dog.
