I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT) who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic abuse, human trafficking, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I believe in walking alongside clients in their healing journey, honoring each person’s unique story and capacity for change. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals in reclaiming their voice and building lives grounded in authenticity, self-worth, and connection.

I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Leadership and my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. My background includes extensive advocacy work supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic abuse, as well as previous experience counseling college-aged students navigating emotional, relational, and identity-related challenges.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching reality TV, crafting, listening to live music, and spending time with my dog, Nova.
