Al John
Prevention Educator and Youth & Teen Advocate • He/Him/His
Through my many years of employment, I have worked with youth in a number of different ways. I have worked within the juvenile justice system and overseen detention facilities and group homes, as well as mentored at risk youth to help them eliminate barriers to success. I have also worked in an educational environment with youth and families to help them achieve favorable outcomes. I am happy to be at Reach counseling and serve my community as a Prevention Educator and Youth and Teen Advocate because it allows me to utilize all of the skills that I have acquired to this point to make a positive impact on a daily basis. I have had the pleasure of coaching middle school and high school football as well as boys and girls basketball and track and field.
