Tina is a mental health therapist who has experience providing counseling services to individuals 6 years and older, particularly children and adolescents. Tina has training in trauma-informed care and utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience.  She focuses on supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and corresponding changes in identity and relationships. Her passion derives from her dedication to helping individuals and their families be proactive in mental health treatment to ensure their growth be successful and happy. 
Tina received her Bachelor of Science degree in education and psychology from University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at University of the Cumberlands, Kentucky.  When not working, Tina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, water and snow sports, outdoor adventures, waterfall seeking, kayaking, and playing sand volleyball. Tina promotes and embraces the practice of mindfulness and gratitude, the value of human connection, and the importance of finding meaning in one’s life.
