Reach Counseling Services’ mission is to end sexual violence and promote healing in our community. To fulfill our mission, we have developed comprehensive services to meet the needs of persons affected by the trauma that was created as a result of sexual abuse, incest and assault. Our tradition of innovative programming results in dynamic responses to the changing needs of the Fox Valley community. Services are available to all in need. No one is turned away due to financial limitations.

In 2011, the Fox Valley Region's Leading Indicators for Excellence Study (L.I.F.E) identified that rates of sexual assault reports for Outagamie and Winnebago Counties had climbed since 2004 and exceeded the state average in 2010.
