Rachel Parbs

Campus Advocate • She/Her/Hers

Rachel Parbs currently works as a Campus Advocate serving Lawrence University, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh- Fox Cities, and University of Wisconsin Oshkosh- Fond Du Lac. As the Campus Advocate, she provides services for student and staff who are survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, and/or harassment. Rachel works closely with groups to create brave spaces, especially for historically marginalized communities such as the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populations. Prior to her time as the Campus Advocate, Rachel spent 6 months working as a Prevention Educator/Youth and Teen Advocate at Reach counseling where her passion grew for working with young adults. 
Rachel is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where she is working toward her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Urban Studies. Additionally, Rachel has 3 years of experience working with children in the behavioral health field. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outside, hiking, reading, hammocking, waterskiing, and relaxing with her dog Ozzy.
