Kylene Spanbauer

Volunteer Program and Community Outreach Manager • She/Her/Hers

In her role, Kylene works directly with volunteers to provide training for Reach’s 24/7 hotline and create professional relationships for our volunteers’ career advancement. In addition, she connects with community partners and organizations for community outreach events and presentations. She also oversees the intern program that works with the Prevention Education team.  Kylene was Miss Wisconsin 2022, during which time she traveled throughout the state of Wisconsin promoting the Miss Wisconsin Scholarship Program and her Community Service Initiative, No Means No: Sexual Assault Education. Before coming to Reach, she attended the University of Iowa, studying Therapeutic Recreation and Disabilities Studies. In her free time, Kylene enjoys spending time with her family, teaching and practicing baton twirling, getting stronger with body pump classes, listening to music and journaling.
