Ciara Hill

Advocacy Program Director • She/Her/Hers

Ciara provides support for Reach's advocates and their programs.  She also serves children and adults who have expereinced sexual violence at any point in their lives. She provides that through legal, medical, and personal advocacy, referrals to other service providers and community resources, outreach in the winnebago, outagamie and calumet counties. 
Ciara is passionate about advocacy and anti-oppression work. She serves on the boards of Parent Connection, Lovin' The Skin I'm In, and People of Progression.  She is also active in the Black Lives Matter Wisconsin movement.  Ciara is a Big Sister through the Big Brother Big Sister Program.  She was recently awarded 2023 Insight Publications 40 under 40. 
In Ciara's free time she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughters. She also enjoys modeling, hiking, exercising and spending time with her friends.
